Core principles of responsible gaming

678bd4 believes that healthy entertainment means participating in a controlled and mindful way.

Online betting and casino gaming is a form of entertainment. Like any entertainment, however, it should be enjoyed responsibly. 678bd4 is committed to ensuring a safe, transparent, and secure environment for players in Bangladesh.

Responsible gaming means staying aware of how much time you are playing, how much money you are spending, and how much gaming is affecting your daily life. If you ever feel that gaming is getting out of control, 678bd4's tools and support team are always here for you.

Gaming is for entertainment only — it should not be seen as a reliable source of income.

Always bet within your means — do not place more bets to recover money you have lost.

Avoid gaming when under the influence of substances or when under emotional stress.

Set time and spending limits before each session and stick to them.

Only people aged 21 or above may open an account and play at 678bd4.

Responsible gaming tools

678bd4 gives you full control over your own gaming. Use the tools below at any time.

Deposit limits

Set a maximum limit on how much you can deposit each day, each week, or each month. Once a limit is set it takes effect immediately, and a 24-hour delay applies before it can be raised.

Session time limit

Set up automatic alerts after a specific amount of time. Decide in advance the maximum time you will spend in each gaming session — when the time is up, the platform will remind you to take a break.

Time-out (break)

Temporarily close your account for a set period — from 24 hours up to several weeks. During this time you will not be able to log in. A short break gives you the chance to reassess the situation with fresh eyes.

Self-exclusion

Apply for self-exclusion to keep yourself away from the platform for an extended period. Once activated, it will not be possible to reactivate the account before the chosen period ends. Contact the support team.

Betting history review

Log in to your account at any time to view your complete betting and deposit history. Reviewing your own gaming patterns is an important part of responsible gaming.

Support and advice

If you feel that gaming is getting out of control, do not wait — contact our 24/7 Bengali live chat support. Our team will assist you with complete confidentiality.

For 21+ only

The minimum age to open an account and play any game at 678bd4 is 21. Participation by minors is strictly prohibited. We collect the necessary information at registration to verify age and reserve the right to carry out additional verification at any time.
